How to Request Customization:
To start cusomization process, please email us at 28natelier@28natelier.com with the following details:
Accurate Measurements: Please ensure that you provide accurate and up-to-date measurements. This is essential for us to make the appropriate alterations and ensure the best possible fit. If you’re unsure about your measurements, we recommend using a professional tailor to take your measurements or visiting our studio for a personalized fitting session. For more details on visiting our studio, please refer to our ‘visit our location’ tab.
Description of Changes: Include a detailed description of the changes you’d like to make to the garment.
You can make a variety of changes to the garments we offer, including, but not limited to:
Sleeve Modifications:
- Adding sleeves (long, short, or cap sleeves)
- Removing sleeves entirely
Length Adjustments:
- Shortening or lengthening the hemline of dresses, skirts, or pants
Neckline Adjustments:
- Raising or lowering the neckline to suit your preference
Fit Adjustments:
- Custom sizing for a more tailored fit
Design Additions:
- Adding pockets, embellishments, or decorative details
Additional Customization Requests: If you have any specific design requests that aren’t listed here, please feel free to share them, and we will review the feasibility and provide a quote. Revision Policy:
One Revision Only: Customization requests include one revision after the initial alterations are made. This revision can include minor adjustments, but please note that further changes beyond this will incur additional costs and require a new customization request.
Be Clear and Specific: To avoid the need for revisions, we encourage you to be as clear and specific as possible when submitting your request. The more details you provide, the better we can ensure the design meets your expectations from the start.
Customization Surcharge:
Please note that customizations are subject to an additional surcharge, which will vary depending on the extent and complexity of the changes requested. Once we receive your customization request, we will provide you with an estimate of the surcharge along with an updated quote for the garment.
How Long Does Customization Take?
Once we receive your customization request, the process generally takes an additional 5-10 business days, depending on the complexity of the alterations. If you’re requesting a significant design change, this timeframe may be extended, and we will provide you with an estimated delivery window.
